The tool
The cash count sheet for your front desk
The till counted and checked before you leave your shift.
Every transaction carries a reason and the name of the person who recorded it. At closing, you count the notes and coins, the variance appears, and the sheet is signed and kept.
6-month free trial with no card required, on every tool. After that, you only pay for the ones you keep, starting at €26 excl. VAT/month with annual billing. See pricing.

What the tool does
No more handwritten sheets copied out the next day. Closing happens on screen, from the first cash payment to the signature.
A known starting float
The float is set once per register. It's the starting point for every calculation.
Transactions with a reason
Every transaction carries its reason and the name of the person who recorded it: a room paid in cash, a breakfast supply purchase, an advance to a guest.
The expected amount, calculated live
The screen always shows what should be in the till: the float, plus what came in, minus what went out.
Note-by-note counting
You enter the number of notes and coins. The total is calculated automatically, and the variance against the expected amount appears immediately.
A signature that means something
Each person signs for themselves, and a signature entered by mistake can be removed within ten minutes. A handover between two people leaves two names on the sheet.
History and tracking
Know who counted what, and when. Every count stays available to view with its note, its variance and its signatories, and every sheet can be printed.

Questions about the cash register
How is the variance calculated?
The application knows the starting float and the transactions recorded since the last count, so it works out what should be in the till. You count the notes and coins, and the variance appears right away.
Who signs the cash count sheet?
Each person signs for themselves, never on someone else's behalf: a handover between two people means two signatures. A signature entered by mistake can be removed within ten minutes, not after.
Can a cash count sheet be printed?
Yes, every count can be printed as is, with its variance, its note and its signatories.
Can several cash registers be managed?
Yes: the front desk, the bar, the shop. Each register has its own float, transactions and counts, and the property keeps a view by register.
An accurate register from your very next closing
Create your property, set your starting float, and the first sheet gets signed at the end of the shift. 6-month free trial, no credit card required.
