A simple document is enough: the association’s articles, a training organisation registration number, or the organisation’s accreditation.
Questions about pricing
Is the price per property or per person?
Per property, and per month. The number of accounts never enters the calculation: you open an account for each person, seasonal and temporary staff included, with no effect on the price. Prices shown are excluding tax.
Do you need a card to try it?
No. The 6-month trial starts at sign-up, with no card required and no commitment. You see the tool run a full cycle, including a busy season, before deciding.
What happens at the end of the trial if we don’t subscribe?
Your property switches to the free plan: the shift log stays open to the whole team, with the last 7 days of history and unlimited accounts. The other tools close, notifications and the mobile apps stop, and everything is kept until the day you subscribe.
Is there a free plan, and for how long?
Yes, with no time limit and no card required. The free plan opens the full shift log to the whole team, with the last 7 days of history and unlimited accounts. Notifications, scheduled reminders and the mobile apps stay reserved for subscribers, like the other four tools. You can move to a paid plan at any time to get them back.
Do the free plan for training and non-profits apply to us?

Can we add or remove a tool later on?
Yes. You write to us, the tool opens or closes, and the price follows the number of tools you keep. What was written in a tool you removed is kept and comes back if you turn it on again.
Do the two discounts add up?
Yes. Annual or seasonal billing takes 10% off each property, and each property from the second one onward gets a further 15% off. The simulator above applies both.
We have several properties, how does that work?
Each property gets its own Front Desk, teams and shift log. From the second property onward, it gets 15% off. From 5 properties, we stop pricing it on a page: write to us at hello@frontdesk-app.com and we build the price with you.
