Questions about the AI connection
Do I need to create an API key?
No. The connection happens in one click, the same way you connect any other account to ChatGPT or Claude. No key to create, copy or paste.
Can the assistant see another property's shift notes?
No. The connection is specific to one property and one named person: that's exactly what you authorise the moment you connect, nothing more.
What happens if I revoke the connection?
The assistant loses access immediately. Nothing it has already written disappears: those are shift notes and tickets like any other, with their author and date.
Does it work with AI assistants other than ChatGPT, Claude and Codex?
Any assistant that speaks MCP, the standard that lets an assistant connect to an outside service, can connect the same way.
